Payment & Cancellation Terms:

A 50% deposit of the total invoiced amount is due upon booking, balance is due 45 days prior to departure. 
All cancellations must be made in writing. 
Your cancellation will be effective 3 working days from when your written cancellation is confirmed from us by an email.

All cancellations are subject to the following charges:

* For cancellation 90 or more days prior to the charter start: $300.00 US currency;
* For cancellation 46 to 89 days prior to charter start date: 50% of charter fee;
* For cancellation 45 days or less, the entire invoice amount shall be non-refundable. 
All cancellation service fees are non-refundable and will not be held as a credit towards future charters.

The captain has the right to change the route according to the sea and the weather conditions.

Smoking is allowed on deck. Transoms only.Not included in your rate or charged all flights associated travel expenses on shore activities marine park fees visas on shore entertainment outside rental of equipment for diving surfing kiting or any other.Not included taxis and inter-island ferries for your transportation needs to get to the boat. Charter or trip excludes provisioning for meals beverages except when stated as supplied as part of your package.There is no standard acceptable as supplies are subject to availability in any location

Representation via LVYC of all trips charters or other are recommendations only it is up to you to do your due diligence we are solely a service of advice acting consultancy for the associated parties. A La Vie Yacht Charters (LVYC) referred fleet, we have a few guidelines set by the captain in regards to your safety and the safety of others, you will be given an introduction and a guided safety tour upon your arrival. The captain or crew has full right to cancel charter trip if safety is a concern. The captain or crew have full right without discussion to remove a person from the vessel if they are concerned for their or others safety or comfort on board at any time. There will be no refund or right to sue for loss or any related. Consumption of drugs or any other substance will not be tolerated it is a instant disembarking of the guest & associated party members.Consumption of alcohol will be monitored to ensure within a safe water adhered code, subject to local country regulations and subject to general acceptance of comfort of all persons on board the vessel. Abuse verbally or physically will not be tolerated it will be a instant disembarking.

Diesel -oil maximum 3/4 hrs per day. Air conditioning if available on the vessel will be maximum 2 hrs per day if permitted by the captain.

Disruption /cancellation/ time shortened on your charter or trip due to weather or breakdowns or mechanical failure or time loss or delays are not refundable, all possible steps will be undertaken to find solutions- there is no guarantee.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY:  Any late payment will immediately incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the full charter rate.

CREW GRATUITIES: are not included

SHORE-BASED OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES: are not included

RATES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF: country VAT/GST/Tourist TAXES unless stated otherwise 

Insurance you are responsible to ensure you have full medical /evacuation/ public liability/ travel/ extreme activity insurance covered in full.
